PURPOSE
Bulk Shift Assignment (BSA) is to allow HR/Schedulers to manually bulk update or change their employees' schedule at once.


Step 1:

On the search bar, type Bulk Shift Assignment List

Step 2.

Click Add Bulk Shift Assignment

Step 3.

Input the required fields


Step 3.1

For Branch - You can use this field if you want to update all employees

under a specific branch, then click the Fetch Employees button.

For Department - You can use this field if you want to update all

employees under a specific department, then click the Fetch Employees button.

Start Date/End Date – Use this field if you want to set specific dates for

the selected Department or Branch.

Step 3.2

We usually use this when we are not assigning employees by branch or date. Instead, we simply add the employee number or name to the table by clicking the Add Row button.

You may input longer date ranges in the Start Date/End Date fields. However, we recommend limiting it to only two cut-off periods. Entering longer ranges may cause the system to time out, and some dates may not be updated correctly.
