DESCRIPTION

Employee offboarding occurs when an employee resigns or is terminated by the company. It involves removing their access from the system and deactivating accounts.

Here’s a step-by-step process to remove an employee's access from the system.

I. Employee List

Step 1: 

  • Go to the Employee List within the system.


  • Tag the employee as "Left" to indicate they no longer need access.


II. User List

Step 2: 

  • After tagging the employee as "Left", navigate to the User List section
  • Search for the employee in the User List to check if they are still active.


Step 3: 

  • Once you locate the employee, click on their name to open their user details
  • Scroll down to the Report Settings section.

  • Uncheck the Enabled option to remove their system access.
    Step 4:
    • After unticking the Enabled option, click Save to finalize the removal of their access from the system.
