PURPOSE
The Approver Matrix allows users to:
- Define whether an approver is a 1st Level Approver or 2nd Level Approver
- Specify the Application Types that a particular approver can approve
Steps to Assign an Approver
- Search for the Employee List – Navigate to the employee records.
- Locate the Approver Matrix – Scroll down to find the Approver Matrix section.
- Assign the Approver’s Name – Add the approver’s email address.
- Define the Workflow – Select the appropriate workflow (e.g., For First Approval).
- Set the State – Choose the approval state (e.g., Approved, Retract, Draft).
- Select the Application Type – Assign which applications the approver is responsible for (e.g., Leave Application, Timesheet Application, Overtime Application).
- Click Save – Finalize the changes to update the approver settings.
This ensures a structured and efficient approval process for various applications.
