DESCRIPTION
Backposting happens when:

  • Employee submits / Approver approves an application for a backdated payroll period (date/s have already been payrolled)
  • Employee submits / Approver approves an application for dates within the current period, however the Salary Slips have already been generated
  • This happens as well if the administrators we're not able to Lock the Attendances when they are processing the payroll already.
  • These applications are called Backposted Adjustments and are floating, until the next Salary Slip Generation.
  • It is a must to check the Backposted Adjustments that will be included on your next payroll processing




Step 1:

On the search bar, type Backposted Payroll Adjustment Report




Step 2:

Indicate the dates of the payroll period you will be processing




Step 3:

The generated report may be downloaded as Excel format for easier checking
