PURPOSE
Leave application allows the employees to file leaves applicable to their situations.


REMINDER

Make sure that the employee has allocated leaves to be able to file this application.


Available leave types in the system

  • Vacation Leave
  • Vacation Leave Without Pay
  • Sick Leave
  • Sick Leave Without Pay
  • Emergency Leave
  • Maternity Leave
  • Paternity Leave
  • Solo Parent Leave
  • Bereavement Leave
  • VAWC Leave
  • Magna Carta Leave
  • Service Incentive Leave


I. Employee Filing 

Step 1:

On the search bar, type Leave Application List



Step 2:

Click Add Leave Application




Step 3:

Select the leave type you wish to avail. Then indicate the start and end date of

your leave as well as the reason why you are filing a leave.


Note: If Employee will have a half-day leave, they must have the same start and end

date and tick the “Half day” check box and choose if it's the first or second half of the day,





Step 4:

Click Save, then click Actions → Submit.

Note: Please ensure to click on Save and then Submit to notify the approvers.



This will send an email to the approver that an employee under him/her has submitted an application. 





II. Approver Approval/Rejection

Step 1:

On the search bar, type Leave Application List.




Step 2:

Select the application you want to approve/reject.




Step 3:

Approve/Reject the application by clicking the Action Button.



Approved:

  • This will send an email to the employee if the application has been approved.


Rejected:

  • If it has been rejected, the form will go back into Saved Status where the employee can edit and re-submit it again
